Negotiation took longer than I would have liked. Very busy so really wanted to sort it over the phone as we had already been in for the test drive, but other than that every thing was great.

Initial service was fine but the follow up was more important. My car keys had been stolen and dealer knew there was an urgency to my enquiry, but follow up was non existant.
